Xiao Luo Xian selects premium tender tofu puffs, removes the white bean curd residue, and then fills them with a carefully prepared filling of stir-fried glutinous rice, minced pork belly, sakura shrimp, taro, shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, carrots, and other carefully selected ingredients.
