Q: If the soup is too bland, can I add salt to your Luosifen?
A: Regarding the saltiness of the soup, since some customers find the same level of saltiness bland while others find it too salty, it's normal for personal tastes to differ. Therefore, we've adjusted the soup's saltiness to be relatively moderate. If you find it bland, you can actually add salt directly, as adding salt won't affect the flavor of the soup; it's simply a seasoning.
Q: Does your Luosifen smell bad?
A: Just like any traditional handmade Luosifen in Liuzhou, our Luosifen only has the flavor of snail and a subtle sour bamboo shoot aroma, without the bad smell found in packaged Luosifen or those made with industrial snail paste. Customers accustomed to the smell of packaged Luosifen might initially find our noodles' flavor bland. Even if you're not used to it, please understand that this is the authentic taste of handmade Luosifen.
Q: How long can your Luosifen be stored?
A: It can be stored for 7 days in the refrigerator (please refer to the best-before date on the box, but it is still recommended to consume it as soon as possible to ensure freshness). It can be stored for one month in the freezer; the taste of the soup and side dishes will not be significantly affected, but the taste of green onions and perilla leaves will deteriorate.
Q: Why don't you open a physical store?
A: Not opening a physical store is a model we decided upon after careful consideration. The reasons are as follows: Firstly, the ingredients and labor costs for purely handmade Luosifen are relatively high. If we were to make handmade Luosifen of the same quality in a physical store, the price would have to double from the current level. Secondly, our philosophy is to create authentic and delicious Luosifen meal kits, allowing Luosifen lovers to enjoy the most delicious Luosifen in the most comfortable environment without leaving their homes.
