Q: When can I pick up my food or have it delivered?
A: Our pickup address is as follows:
Super G Market Richmond branch: 9780 Cambie Rd. Unit 180, Richmond, BC V6X 1K4. Their opening hours are until 9 PM.
Jiaxin Supermarket in Richmond: The address is 8251 Westminster Hwy Unit 20, Richmond, BC V6X 1A7. Their opening hours are until 6 p.m.
Click Convenience, Coquitlam: 501 North Rd, Coquitlam, BC V3J 1N7. Please note that you must pick up your order on Friday. The supermarket is open until 11 p.m., so please be sure to pick it up before then.

Q: What areas can you deliver to, and how much do you charge?
A: We currently begin delivery on Friday mornings. For Richmond, UBC, and Vancouver West Coast, the standard delivery fee is $3, with free delivery on orders over $30. For Vancouver, Vancouver Downtown, Vancouver East, Burnaby, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Delta, and other areas, the fee ranges from $5 to $10, with a $5 discount on every $50 spent. Delivery costs are calculated based on the actual amount at checkout. (For customers in West Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Coquitlam, please contact customer service to confirm delivery availability and refer to the address entered at checkout.)
Q: What benefits are available to members? How do I claim them?
Earn 5 points for every $1 spent, and redeem a $5 discount coupon for every 500 points earned.

Q: If I find it too bland, can I add salt to your snail rice noodles myself?
A: Regarding the saltiness of the soup, some babies might find it bland while others find it salty, which is normal given individual tastes. So we've adjusted the saltiness to a moderate level. If you find it bland, you can simply add salt, as adding salt won't affect the overall flavor; it's just a seasoning.
Q: Does your snail rice noodle smell bad?
A: Just like any authentic handmade snail rice noodles you can eat in Liuzhou, our snail rice noodles will only have the flavor of snails and a hint of pickled bamboo shoots, without the pungent smell of packaged snail rice noodles or those made with industrial snail sauce. Customers who are used to the pungent smell of packaged snail rice noodles may find our noodles bland at first. Even if you don't like it, please understand that this is the taste of authentic handmade snail rice noodles.
Q: How long can your snail rice noodles be stored?
A: It can be stored for 7 days under refrigeration (please refer to the best date on the box; it is still recommended to consume it as soon as possible to ensure freshness). It can be stored for one month under freezing conditions; the flavor of soups and side dishes will not be greatly affected, but the flavor of scallions and perilla leaves will deteriorate.
Q: Why don't you open physical stores?
A: Not opening physical stores is a model we decided to adopt after careful consideration. The reasons are as follows: First, the cost of ingredients and labor for handmade snail rice noodles is relatively high. If we were to make the same quality handmade snail rice noodles in a store, the price would double. Second, our philosophy is to create authentic and delicious snail rice noodle pre-packaged meals, allowing snail rice noodle lovers to enjoy the most delicious snail rice noodles in the most comfortable environment without leaving home.
