Red oil only

This is a pure, handmade chili oil, free of industrial chili extract. It uses three different types of dried chilies sourced from a local supplier in Liuzhou, ground into powder by hand using a machine. Therefore, it's 100% pure chili powder, free of any impurities. The chili powder is then slowly simmered with scallion and ginger oil to bring out its various layers of aroma. When added to the broth of snail rice noodles, it not only adds spiciness but also enhances the broth's rich and savory flavor, leaving a more lingering aftertaste. It's truly amazing!
