Why is it called "cold water rice noodles"? It's because these rice noodles are made from dried powder and need to be soaked in cold water for 8-16 hours to cook easily. Therefore, the cold water rice noodles we provide are pre-soaked, vacuum-packed, and refrigerated. This type of cold water rice noodle is a common type of rice noodle used in Liuzhou's local snail rice noodle shops; it has a chewy, smooth, and springy texture.
Cooking method: After boiling water, add rice noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes until they become translucent and can be easily broken with a pinch. Then, mix them with snail soup and the prepared dipping sauce, and it's ready to eat!
